I preferred a demand for an LPG refill online on 11. 6. 2016. Despite myself being a Cancer patient and a Sr. Citizen as well, has been compelled to approach the distributor, physically in a numerous occasion, but was in vein. The delivery of the refill has been detained on various pretexts viz. Non-availability of filled refills etc. There appears a sufficient reason to presume of non-adherence of booking priority. I shall be grateful if you kindly instruct the distributor concerned to ensure the delivery of the refill forthwith else instruct the distributor to issue a transfer voucher in favour of my earlier distributor M/s NFR Co-Op society, Maligaon. Sir, myself is a retired Railway Senior Subordinate and had been an INDANE consumer for the last three decades (since 11. 11. 1982) and I cannot recollect of such an embarrassment during the long span of more than 30 years. It is very much disappointing that the first demand of a refill from the new distributor after my very new registration on transfer is dealt with an utmost indifference.
