What is University of Guelph Admissions?
The University of Guelph is also known as U of G. It is a public coeducational research university that offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in numerous fields of study like computer science, engineering, environmental sciences, fine art and music, hospitality, tourism management, veterinary and more. Its main of the university is situated at 50 Stone Road East in Guelph that is spread on over 1,223 acres of land. The University of Guelph consists of College of Arts, College of Biological Science, College of Management & Economics, College of Physical & Engineering Science, College of Social & Applied Human Sciences, Ontario Agricultural College and Ontario Veterinary College. The university serves more than 25,194 students each year. The University of Guelph is one of the top universities in Canada. It was formed in the year 1964. There are several facilities available in the university's main campus including Health & Performance Center, Child Care & Learning Center, Campus Community Police, Macdonald Stewart Art Center, PJ's Restaurant in the Atrium, Library, Living Learning Center etc. The university also offers co-ed residence facilities. It has eleven residential halls namely, among them few are Johnston Hall, Macdonald Hall, West Residences, Watson Hall, Maids Hall, Lambton Hall and Mills Hall.
