Purolator Incorporation uses DC-10-30F, Boeing 727, Convair 580, Convair CV 5800 and other aircraft to deliver the parcels around the world. In 1987, the company established Ontario Hub that processed 240,000 packages per night and purchased Gelco Express Limited in 1989. In 2005, it launched approximately 10 hybrid electric vehicles and one hydrogen fuel-cell hybrid electric vehicle to deliver parcels across Toronto. It introduced Purolator Express in 2010 which is an overnight and day delivery services for shipments. The customers can also file claim for their damaged parcels while shipping by filling an application form on-line.
