What is Ministry of Petroleum Iran?
The Ministry of Petroleum is also abbreviated as MoP. It is a government agency in Iran which operates the oil industry. MoP has its headquarters in Tehran, Iran. The agency was created on March 12, 1951. Iran is one of the three oil and gas reserves entire the world. It is affiliated with National Iranian Oil Company, National Iranian Petrochemical Company, National Iranian Gas Company and National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company. The Ministry of Petroleum is responsible for all issues relating to investigation, extraction, misuse, circulation and exportation of unrefined petroleum and oil items.
