What is Alltel Prepaid?
The Alltel Wireless or simply known as Alltel is a privately held Mobile network operator which deals in the Wireless services and sells its products to 6 states of United States including Ohio, Idaho, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Illinois. It is an American based company that set up its business as Allied Telephone Company in the year of 1943 and was initiated by the efforts of Charles Miller and Hugh Willbourn. Later, in 1983, the Allied Telephone was combined with Mid-Continent Telephone and involved as Alltel. It allows the residential as well as commercial people to meet with a number of plans such as Wireless Home Phone, Mobile Broadband, No Contract and Best Value. The Alltel is considered as the 9th biggest Wireless Telecommunications company in the United States as it has been serving its services to nearly 800,000 subscribers. In addition to the indoor services, it also offers the online shopping facility through its official . Furthermore, it has also introduced its mobile application named as My Alltel for the convenience of users so that they can manage many services like reset voice mail password, view payment history, payments of bills etc at any time. The company is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, the United States and has a workforce of nearly 40,000 employees. On 22 January 2013, it was obtained by AT&T Mobility which in turn work as the subsidiary of Bell South and AT&T.
