What is Wisconsin Quest Card?
Wisconsin Quest Card (commonly called as Electronic Benefits Transfer Card or EBT Card) is a payment card just like a debit or credit card, which is used for making purchases and groceries. It is issued by Wisconsin Department of Health Services (WisDHS), a government agency in Wisconsin that administers the health services statewide. The outer part of the card contains the cardholders information including name, card number etc. The card has a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) and it is mandatory to enter the correct PIN while using the card. Wisconsin QUEST Card enables the state residents to access their FoodShare account for buying food items. After purchasing the goods, the cardholders swipe the card at at food stores and the required amount is automatically debited from the respective account.
