PROTON Phone Number, Contact Address, Customer Service

Dear Sir/ Madam, I bought a 2nd hand proton Exora Turbo in 2012. Everything OK except the car engine stop occassionally at traffic light without any reasons. three times within the 18 months, I send and metioned this to proton service center and three times, they charged me RM 60 for resetting by the computer system and. The situation does improve after the sevice, but the erratic rpm and engine die at traffic light come still. What are the real problems? Can this be solved once and for all. Please advise.
