I'm about to purchase a 50" TVPLDE5069108050HzLEDHDTV and have read some of the reviews on it. Some good and some bad, onewas the remote went bad and it took 12 weeks to get one from your company. True/False I want to purchase it, but I would like to know if you stand behind your product
I think I would like to purchase a two year warranty, but want to know if you honor the warranty, please mail me a copy of warranty and where would I go to purchase. I'm buying through Walmart and will be getting it around Dec. eight Thank you for prompt reply. Glenn.
