I seldom buy takeaway, but if I do it will be KFC chicken. When prepared and delivered correctly it is a great product I lived in Knysna for four years and stopped purchasing there due to product being below par. I complained once that when I got home the food smelt rotten and was a strange colour. The invited me back for a replacement and when I returned and called the manager he would not serve what was on display (it looked awful again) and asked me to wait for a new batch which was okay. I never returned as it was obviosly a management problem. I now reside in CT and on three occasions i have bought from Longbeach. Last night I had to go in as drive through is being upgraded. Chicken and chips were cold and not up to standard. Being inside i observed no fresh chicken in the ovens, but all chicken prepacked in boxes in the oven. Helps the staff create a faster service, but to the detriment of quality.

I bought the street wise pap this morning it was terrible i regret why i wasted my money the pap was half done and cold like is ysday kfc meadowdale.
