Yesterday, my friends and I visited KFC at Delta Mall, Sibu, Sarawak. My friends and I have been dealt with very poorly by some of your employees. The Customer service is so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy of this complaint. I brought food and drinks which in total costed RM25. 25 and I paid the worker RM31. 00. She returned only RM0. 75 instead, that is actually RM5. 75. After I sat down and had half of my meal finished, I just realised that. When I confronted that employee, she stated that the RM20 I paid is RM10 (how could it be possible?) I demanded to have a look at the cctv, she along with the manager, refused and claimed that there is no such mistake. At the end, they did return what I wanted, but their attitude towards me is perfunctory. It seemed like they didn't realise that they were wrong in their way of solving problem. Although the amount is small, but it represented the integrity of your company. I feel that you should address this poor attitude as soon as possible. As a Customer , l am very disappointed of this poor attitude. I hope this will never happen again in the future.
