What is Cbec Office?
The Central Board of Excise and Customs is a public agency that was formed on 24 February 1944. It is part of the Department of Revenue under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Cbec is headquartered in New Delhi, India. Mrs. Praveen Mahajan is the Chairman of the CBEC. The Central Board of Excise and Customs is commonly known as CBEC. It is responsible for regulates and administering Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax in India. The Central Board of Excise and Customs has over 91 branch offices in the country. The CBEC consist of three divisions and It is divided into five department namely- Department of Directorate General of Audit, Departments of Directorate General of Export Promotion, Department of Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Department of Directorate General of Service Tax and Opium & Alkaloid Department. I am a Customs Broker Employee and doing since eight years Clearance of a Group Co. Bhopal, but due to before few month new Inspector posted in ICD Mandideep on June 2016 for Export, they are creating Unnecessary problem in every shipment only in our shipment. In this reason our shipment are delaying and Shipper appointed other Customs Broker for same shipment. Why they are doing partiality with us and suffer our business. We are requesting you to kindly look in to the matter in ICD Mandideep.
