Dear Mr Schwab
I am desperately reaching out to you after a very terrible and frustrating experience on my first trip to France including Paris with a friend. Recently. Departed July 29. My flight with Air Can was delayed and a connection to Lufthansa missed which started a whole aggravating experience of 'delayed luggage'. Still not delivered to my home in Canada
My trip was ruined with the promise of next day delivery - every day of my trip I was held hostage at my location for two weeksby the courier Chronopost
I am working with Lufthansa on the return of my baggage from the most incompetent courier on the planet, Chronopost, but the recent response from customer relations of Lufthansa was also upsetting and unacceptable with the defence that the courier was to blame and not Lufthansa
I am expecting full compensation of my trip without the involvement of a lawyer - that is how frustrated I am and determined to make myself heard. I have contacted the Canadian Transportation Agency with hope that I can receive some support from home. My bagge file is: TLSHL23900
