St. Boniface Hospital Winnipeg sometimes refereed to as Saint Boniface General Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the Winnipeg. The hospital was founded in 1871, by the Sisters of Charity of Montreal, and became first general hospital in Western Canada. The hospital got incorporate in 1960, and in 2003 it was equipped with 554 beds and approximately 78 bassinets.
