Sonos UK Customer Service Number

Good evening. I have over the last year purchased three sonos five plays two subs one sound bar two play ones and one play three. Obviously delighted with your products unfortunately i am having difficulty with my black play three power cable lead, it does not always appear to be making connection i am positive there must be a brake in the cable. Can you please send me out either a new replacement cable and i could place the faulty unsafe cabel in the trash bin or a returns label so i can forward the faulty cable for your inspection. I have been repeatedly trying to get through to your customer services in the UK, but after the call is answered they go through a list of options the cut you off saying the call has been completed. Really poor service. I have been trying to install a boost to my existing sonos speakers without much luck and I now feel like taking all the stuff back saying the system is not fit for purpose. I bought the equipment from Harrods store in London and they assured me it would work, but clearly this product is a sham. Yours sincerely Warren.
