What is SGH?
SGH (Singapore General Hospital) is a multi-specialty medical care center located at Outram Road. It also considered one of the country's most reputed and oldest acute tertiary hospital and national referral centres. SGH or Singapore General Hospital was originally incorporated in the year 1821 at British troops. After some time, the hospital was shifted to Pearl's Bank and then to the Kandang Kerbau district of Singapore. Finally, SGH was moved in the year 1882 at the Outram Road.
