Sarnia Transit is a transportation service provider. It offers its services supporting major events held in the city. It also offers Charter services within the city limits. It is headquartered at 1169, Michener Road, Sarnia and offers public transportation within the city and the independent village of Point Edward in Ontario, Canada. The various services offered includes conventional bus transit; Care-A-Van for transportation of people with disabilities; transportation support for major events; charter services. The services operated on a daily basis. It operates its services with twenty five buses on conventional transit system, six specialised vehicles for Care-a-Van service. The company aims to provide a safe, reliable and affordable services to the Citizens of the city. It has an employee strength of fifty seven employees who are responsible for providing break free services. It has made provision for issuing advance tickets, monthly passes and also offers discounted rates for student travellers during the school year. It operates on twelve routes and also has an Express shuttle service during all Sarnia Sting home games, between the Rbc centre and the Clearwater Community centre. The services are available Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 10:45pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 10:45pm and on Sunday’s from 8:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Their offices are closed on most holidays with the exception of Christmas EVE Day. The office operating hours are Monday to Friday — 8:30 am To 5:00 pm and Care-A-Van Office hours are Monday to Friday — 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
