I'very been with Rushcard since 2012. Lately things are not good I never know when I am going to receive my money. I receive my social security check on the 23 of each month. If it deposit in the bank. If the 23rd of the month fall on the weekend it received on that Friday just FYI social security check are issues all doings the month now Baby boomers check are receive from the 14 until. Last month you deposit my money on the 22nd. If you was following you. Advertising my money should been in hand on the 20th. This month the 23 is on a Monday. Will it be on the 20th if so you'really not for filling your promise. Sorry to say you're falling. When I first received my card you never had to wonder when you was going to receive your money. Now you're costing me late fees. I setup my payment based on past years. PLEASE CONTACT ME AND IF THIS CAN'T BE CHANGED I plan to leave this service. IT BETTER TO KNOW FOR SURE THEN TO WONDER.

I've been waiting for a new card because my old one expired on the 08/01/16. Ive been calling that customer service number, but I can not reach a operater on there. This is very frustrating.
