What is Raf Linton on Ouse?
Raf Linton-On-Ouse is a Military Royal Air Force Station located at Linton-On-Ouse, North Yorkshire, England. The station was opened on May 13, 1937 as a bomber airfield and is one of the busiest airfields of RAF. The station is operated by the Royal Air Force and it is the major flying training center of Royal Air Force. The three satellite stations Raf Church Fenton, RAF Dishforth and Raf Topcliffe is the responsibility of the Linton On Ouse. The station is also used to provide fast Jet pilot training.
