After the acquisition, the parent company starting focusing towards the electronic products. In August of 2009, the company was renamed as The Shack. In July of 2009, the company entered into an agreement with the T-Mobile USA which was ended in September 2011. The corporate headquarter of the company is situated in Fort Worth, Texas.
