Please look into your PBB Taman Muda branch customer service is sucks. Customers are made to wait between 2. five - three hours the least b4 their nos. Are called. Most of the time there is only one Customer Service staff attending to numerous customers in waiting and sometimes the staff is unable to go for lunch break. I was told that they are short-handed and do not have a backup team. MG PBB is making tons of $$$ each year and can not even have proper staffing in critical depts. To serve customers in a manner which they deserve. I was also told that they are trying to cut down on paper, but look at the number Of copies of paper we have to fill and sign with an account opening. Lots of customers complaining in the banking hall about your Customer Service inefficiency. This is not due to your staff's problem, but your system and policy. All customers are subjected to long waiting queue and sometimes they just curse and leave thus when the nos. Are called they have to skip. When we call up Helpdesk helpline nos. +603-21768333 or +603-21795000 we have to hold and wait for a good more than seven minutes and still unable to reach a human voice. This scenario is never encountered with any other banks. I was twice rejected to open a current account with PBB Taman Muda branch although I am a Platinum Card holder. I have a savings account which I put the minimum amount.

Masa makan tengah hari pengurus Ling Mui Heng cawangan Li Hua tidak disusun dengan baik. Saya berasa agak marah sebab saya tidak dapat mengambil wang Simpanan Tetap saya dengan segera. Masalah utama ialah oengurus cawangan Li Hua makan tengah hari sedangkan pengurus lain keluar makan. Saya berharap agar pengurus Encik Ling cawangan Li Hua dapat mengatasi masalah ini degan segera.
