I saw Steely Dan last week and have to say I was quite disappointed that your TV Monitors were not working and he sat behind his keyboards with a light shining down on him so he was basically "covered up". I was in the 400 section and have been there for about three concerts in the last two years and have NEVER not been able to enjoy the show. Not having the monitors on does now allow anyone from the end of the 2nd section back to not see the musician. I hope for ZZ Top you have the monitors on so I am not disappointed again. I am 55 years old so I do not need to buy 1st or 2nd section tickets; they are for the younger ones. But I would have loved to have seen the bass section, the singers and the musician on the screen. But that was not happening. Thanks for listening.

To whom it may concern:
I attended the Breaking Benjamin/ DIsturbed concert this past weekend at your venue pnc bank arts center on July 31st. While attending the show I was very disappointed to find that the singer of Breaking Benjamin's microphone was turned down much lower than the rest of the band, making it impossible to hear from my lawn area seating. In addition, their large screen on the side of the stage was also not working throughout the concert making my ability to enjoy the show very difficult. But what truly ruined my experience at this concert was upon standing in my lawn area seating, I was approached from behind and slapped on my rear end in a manner so hard that my buttocks stung throughout the first portion of Disturbs set. I felt incredibly violated. Upon turning around to attempt to find the culprit I saw one male running through the gates near the handicapped section yet there was NO security around in the nearby area to report to. This form of sexual harassment should not be tolerated and I will not tolerate or give business to a venue or company that allows such behavior as well as does not have adequate security to create a safe atmosphere for concert attenders. I felt so uncomfortable after this occurrence I did not stay for the remainder of Disturbed set. Throughout the show I also witnessed people moving in and out of the designated handicapped area whom were obviously not in need of such a section and there was even a baby stroller with a tall umbrella attached to it prohibiting view, yet PNC has a strict chair height rule. It is completely unacceptable to own a venue that does not live up to the standards it prides itself on and to not have adequate and competent security around to assist patrons. Sadly this may be the last time I give you my business. II am an avid concert attendee, having been to almost 50shows throughout my life and being a young female in my mid 20's have never experienced.

There is no email listed. The number you listed provides very vague out of date info. Where can you talk to a live person?.

Had to park in lower lot. Had to walk up steep hill and stairs to get the bus because bus doesn't go to lower lot. This venue attracts mainly elderly with many infirmities including my husband. I am not happy since the bus had always accommodated the lower lot.

I attended the performances held this past Saturday at the PNC (Cheap Trick, Joan Jett and Heart). Along with purchasing four tickets months ago, I also purchased a VIP Parking Pass. I have never seen such disorganization when entering the arena. Not enough staff members to direct your guests properly. Following signs displayed by PNC for VIP parking (as were others)to eventually be told by an attendant that I needed to do a U-turn as VIP parking was way on the other side. He then proceeded to tell me (after I said, but the signs indicate this direction). That the shows change, but PNC doesn't change the signs. By the time I got to the other side of the venue (with one attendant being present along the way just moving cars to one area and not asking if they are VIP or not). I get to the other side to ask a female attendant what isles had parking. She says just put this on your dashboard and park in any of the last three rows. Bottom line, there were NO PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE I purchased a ticket for $29. 00 to be able to park in VIP. Due to the disorganization and lack of staffing to provide proper direction to your guests resulted in missing a portion of the event. My receipt states "VIP Car - Arrive Late - We'll Save you a Space". What happened to the attendants assisting guests to where there was an open spot. It was like a raceway in the parking lot. Guests driving around in circles thinking that a spot would miraculously appear. With no VIP parking to be had, I had to drive up a curb and park on a grassy area so not to miss more of the performance which cost me $126. 50 per ticket (plus fees) to see. By the time we got inside the stadium and headed to the area that our section was in, you couldn't find one attendant to ask to assist you. There has always been staffing in previous concerts helping or at least directing you to you seats. I am so disappointed in how this past event was handled by PNC. Shame on YOU Management.

A return phone call or reply to my post would be appreciated. What type of customer service is this. No live person when you dial the administrative offices. You leave messages and no return call.
