I shop at Chris' No Frills in Aurora Ontario regularly. I was there this afternoon with a cart half full of groceries, there was the teller for 16 items or less who wouldn't take me because I had WAY over 16 items or the teller the could not price match. And I had things to price match. There were no other tellers. I was told my options were check out my regular items at the no price matching lane and then take my price matching items to the 16 items and under lane and go through twice because I had more than 16 items to price match (cans of soup, bits and bites, cleenex and bread. I was so furious that I just walked out and left my cart there. I went to another store and did my shopping. I am seriously considering not going back. You have potentially lost a customer that spends hundreds a month at this location and has for years
I will definately be filing a complaint with the head office and telling everyone I know about this horrible experience
