Motorola, Inc. is the marketing name of Motorola Mobility, a United States based company that produces variety of telecommunications equipment. Earlier, the company was used to be known as Motorola Inc. and with the coming of January, 2011 two companies spun off from this company, called Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions. Motorola Mobility got separate to work independently and started business on 4th of January 2011. Motorola Mobility is being directed from its headquarters located in Illinois, United States. After the long period of struggle and loss, Motorola has become well known name in the Mobile market as it got acquire by Google that is the leading producer of Android and such other products.
