What is Medford High School?
Medford High School is a community high school started out in 1835. The old building of the school was designed between 1894 and 1896 near Medford Square. Present campus of the school was completed in 1971 and further renovated in 2000. The Medford High School Alumni Association was founded in 2012 and serves as networking bases. The school has shared its building with the Medford Vocational-Technical High School. The Medford High School is a co-educational school enrolled over 1218 students every year and included more than 95 faculty members. The school offers the quality education through its experienced teachers and by using innovated techniques of teaching. With the regular studies, the Medford High School is a member of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association and also participates in a number of extracurricular activities, such as Baseball, Volleyball, Tennis, Cross Country, Gymnastics, Cheer-leading, Swimming, Indoor Track, Ice Hockey, Football and many more.
