As Salam aw Alaikum. Sir my husband was running a business of fancy lights, but the investment was by investors as he did not have no capital of his own. He was paying them monthly profit. Business was running in loss since 2015 with the thought that everything will be fine soon and fear that investors would ask back the original amount he started borrowing from people and paying them monthly which pushed him into a much worse state. I'm owner of above property, due to family disputes with my ex daughter in law, she managed to get stay order on fake documents and she is living in my house with her other members of her family. I returned to Pakistan from UK to learned she harrast my estate agent and the renters and took control of the full house from 1st of June this year without stay order was issued it was granted on 5th of June from pindi high court. Currently I'm struggling to sort this with my Solicitor's reason being I have no idea how to go about it I have not received any support from Head office in Phase 8.
