What is Lpandl?

LP&L originally known as Lubbock Power and Light is a Lubbock based electric utility engaged in the generation and distribution of electricity to the residents of Lubbock and surrounding areas. Since its inception LP&L acquired business of several related companies in order to expand its own business. Xcel Energy and South Plains Electric Cooperative, Incorporation were among those which previously Act as competitors of LP&L.
