On 11/25/2016, I purchased a lorex security system, LX4471W for 318. 00 from Sam`s Club. I did not open the system right away as I needed a new roof and did not want the system damaged during the installation. The roof wasn`t put on until December of 2017 and January of 2018 which was the original set back for installing the system. My wife fell ill and had multiple heart attacks, and then a triple by-pass and I was obligated to taking care of her. Then I became stricken with arthritis and we were both down and out for a while. Acts of vandalism were still occurring at our home, and in 2019 when I got the strength to put the system up, I opened the box and found that there was a different system in the box inside with a different number, LWU3624. It was not the system that I paid for. It has wires extending from the cameras and even more wires to be connected that I never expected. I realize that it`s been three years, but all I am asking is that you please, I beg you to allow me to exchange the system for what I paid for and was supposed to get. I am a senior citizen and can`t afford another 318. 00 for another system. The system is still new in the box, unused, and undamaged. I had actually purchased a Samsung system and remembered a co-worker recommending the lorex system because it worked so well for him and I exchanged it for the lorex system. Please allow me to exchange this system for the one that should have been in the box. I thank you in advance for your time, patience, and help. Mr. Henry L. James.

Monitor shutts down and restarts appox. Every five minutes. Remote may be in question of its use.
