I would like to bring to your attention just how disappointed I am with the customer service that is seriously lacking by your saleslady named SARAH of Lacoste Trinoma store. She showed a severe lack of interest in dealing with customers. Here are the reasons I feel that SARAH should rethink on how she conducts herself in her workplace and I hope it would become a priority to see this happens before more customers have to suffer his mistreatment. * She is condensing and rude
*She acted like I am not worth of her time
* She talks to customer in a very rude tone
*She frowns to customer
*She argue with customer and respond in an unprofessional way
I hope that you will look into the poor working attitude of the said employee as it leaves little to be desired and do some actions to spare others from her unprofessional and demeaning treatment. This kind of employee will surely impede the business of Lacoste. Sincerely,
