What is La Fitness Contact?
LA Fitness is the well known health club chain having presence in many major locations around the United States and Canada. It has been running since foundation in 1984. It is a private health club chains directed from its main base, situated in Irvine, California, United States. The club's history can traces back to late 20 century when its first branch was initiated in Los Angeles, California. With the coming of 1990, La Fitness expanded its business by opening new fitness centers in Southern California. Fred Turock and his co-partners Jeremy Taylor and David Turner were key persons behind the foundation of this fitness center.
LA Fitness made construct a spacious multipurpose sports and fitness club in 1955 which was the popular fitness center of that time, as it had complete fitness facilities such as joint exercise room, cardio equipment facility, swimming pool, sports courts, basketball and many other workout facilities. In 21st century, LA fitness purchased largest fitness center of Atlanta of that time, and added one other fitness club in its branches. The company's first fitness center outside the United States was opened in 2007 in Toronto, Canada. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, LA Fitness has 80 clubs equipped with all fitness equipment, and well trained fitness trainers.
Variety of fitness training exercises are given in LA Fitness clubs including Aerobics, Body Blast, Body Attack, Water Aerobics, Spinning, Body Blast, Spinning etc. Swimming pool facilities is also given in almost all its fitness clubs where swimming lessons are also given to both Men and women. All heath club provides swimming lessons to adult and children for which one need to become member of the club. Yoga and Pilate are also taught in few of the health clubs.
