My daughter April Douglas used just fab to purchase some shoes and she didn't realise that she signed up into an account the sum of 35. 00 has been coming out of my account since 15th December 2014 and this didn't come to my attention till just recently the customer Id of the account is 116170015 I did contact just fab and was informed that I needed to send an email regarding this matter can you please help me with this as at the time my daughter was only 16 years old

I want to cancel the VIP. I am not happy at all this month they have taken 70 pounds. I do not realky understand it. I hope you will get back to me. And am hoping to get a refund my money. Thank you.

I cannot log into my account as it says my email address is not stored, but I have received numerous emails from your company.
