My complaint is that I was supposed to be refunded back in June six, 2016, now its June 18, 2016 and am yet to see this refund show in my bank statement. My initial complaint was that irokotv does not have up-to date Yoruba Movies. I chatted with one of your customer rep and asked why? He stated your company is working on it and it should be available in couple months. He suggests I continue with the subscription and watch what you guys have, I declined the offer and asked for refund. I was told that "within five working business days June 11th, 2016 to be precise" which is Monday - Friday, my funds will be in my bank. I am yet to see that fund as we speak. Please I need my money back in my account. King Regards

Hello, my complaints are I tried subscribing to Iroko TV using my debit card I was debited twice and still I keep getting notifications that my subscription has expired it's not even up to 24hrs and I subscribed for 3000naira per annum and I was debited 6000naira. This is so annoying.

Hi irokotv I am having trouble with my irokotv. I have not watch any movie when I try to watch any movie it's keep saying that I need to download irokotv app. But I can not download the app because my android box is not compatible with your app so if you do not fit this problem I will be moving to ibakatv in new year.

So dear Iroko, you people keep removing money from my account even though i payed for one year. You people have been removing money for the past three months. October, November and December. The one year plan was payed for on the 28th of October 2016 using another card. But you people removed money on the 27th of October, 27th of November and 27th of December. I just checked my Iroko account and you people cancelled the one year plan on my behalf. Please give me back my money. The funny thing is you were not meant to collect money from me on the 28th of October even though you removed money on the 27th of October. Give me back my money.
