My Pan card number ADSPR7364K has been deactivated. I use this pan number for filing Income Tax return and for other purposes. I have visited to income tax office jabalpur and officials have asked me to submit a indemnity bond which I have submitted along with an application to activate my above said Pan number.

My wife shareena is working as a staff-nurse at CHC, TEONTHER, REWA, MP. RS, 51000 has been deducted from my salary as income tax. Receipt number is 62380. Receipt date is 30th March 2018. Vouchernumberis 2210/390. Voucher date is 31/03/2018. But this tax payment of rupees. 51000 is not shown in tax filling form no 26as. Again my wife has paid 9327 rupees income tax through challan tender. Challan number 33172. Challan date is 31stAugust 2018. It is drawn on internet banking through SBI. TAX PAYMENT RS. 51000 IS NOT SHOWN IN FORM NUMBER 26AS. It is my complaint. Please help me. My wife's pan number is DVWPS6839B. 04|09|2018
