HSIL Limited has divided its business into two divisions: Glass Division and Building Product Division. Its glass division is the second biggest glass containers manufacturing division under the brand name "AGI GLaspac". HSIL's Building Product Division manufacturers high quality and a variety of bathroom products such as seat covers, tubs, bath accessories, pressure pump, steam cabins under the brand name of "Hindware". The company also produces a wide range of kitchen appliances. HSIL Limited is best known for its sanitary ware products in India. It has a primary listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The company was setup in the year 1960 as Hindustan Twyfords Ltd and renamed as Hindustan Sanitary ware and Industries Limited in 1969. In 2009, the company adopted the name HSIL Limited.
