The High Court in Spain resolves all the matters of the consumers. It was founded in 1812. It is situated near the Convent of the Salesas Reales, Madrid. The court is divided in to five parts known as Sala Primera related to the Civil law, Sala Segunda, Sala Tercera Contentious deals with the judicial reviews, Sala Cuarta deals with the Social issues, Sala Quinta mainly for the Military Law.
