Called two days now to check on status of shipping. No one picks up. I am told will receive e-mail about shipping never received. Can't find out info on phone or e-mail.

I called Friday at 3:30 pm, following the phone prompts, I waited for 1/2 hr. I hung up and decided to try again. After 20 more minutes on hold, I got no response. I decided to call again and try to order another fireplace. You get the same message about troubleshooting that you got when pushing number 7. I think your phone number 1-800-924-7964 may not be working properly. I was calling because someone forgot to put in five black flat head screws and three black round head screws on the left back of the fireplace. I checked it out, it works OK. Rather than return the unit to you for a replace, I thought you could send me the missing screws. The holes have already been drilled. Thank you, and please check out your phones. I also tried Monday morning and have received the same messages as on Friday. I have been on hold at that number since I started this e-mail. Can't image how many lost sales and how many discussed customers you have had. Again, thank you for your time. Hope to receive a response.

I can not get anyone to answer my e-mail or my phone calls. My Mini Glo B Efficiency Plus Fireplace is missing five black flat head screws and three rounded head screws from the left back side of the fireplace. I have requested the screws be sent to me instead of returning the fireplace. If you would rather I return the fireplace instead, please let me know. My phone number is (301) 898-5004.

Four days I have been trying to call HeatSurge Cust. Service about a service problem. No one has yet answered the phone to answer my question
which is not available in their trouble shooting manuel. What's going on? Don't they respect their customers?.
