Tried unSuccessfully to contact someone . re the voucher I gifted to my son for Christmas. He was absolutely unable to use the voucher due to the Hyatt saying they were totally full up over the busy period leading up to Christmas and it now expires tod 28th Dec. The telephone number listed is invalid: when I rang the number I received a recorded message: "Optus advises that this number is disconnected". It is EXTREMELY frustrating not to be able to contact the organization via phone or an email address. Your 'Contact Us' only refers you to FAQ. Yesterday I purchased a voucher for FOUR (4) people, when I made reservation it stated TWO (2) so I stated in the 'Comments' section that I was booking for four people. I have copied page that says reservation was Successfully made. HOWEVER, I have not received confirmation of order and confirmation of reservation. Please either email at rmattia@westnet.com.
