Go Train is a transportation service, provided by Train in Southern Ontario, Canada. The service operates by Go Transit Agency, a public transport agency. Go Train History
The agency began its operations on 23rd May 1967 with a rail line and started Go Train services from Oakville to Hamilton. With the development, Go Transit introduced Kitchener Line in the year 1974 and Richmond line in 1978. The agency launched rail cars with the partnership of
Bombardier Transportation. In 1970, it engages in the service of
Go Bus along with Go Train. It operates more than 63 Go Trains and approximately 500 Go Buses throughout the nation.
