What is Georgia World Conference Center?
Georgia World Conference Center is originally known as Georgia World Congress Center is the main Convention Center in Atlanta region. It is having a large floor space of 360,000 meter square. It was designed by Atlanta-based architects Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback and Associates (TVS). It was opened back in 1976. It is owned and operated by State of Georgia. It consists of three buildings designated as building A,B and C which further houses Twelve exhibit halls, 105 meeting rooms, and two ballrooms. Building A houses an auditorium named as Sidney Marcus auditorium with a capacity to accommodate 1,740 persons.
