What is Fortinos Brampton?
The “Fortinos” is a string of grocery stores which offers extensive range of food products to the people of Canada. Its main goal is to serve the community with originality and quality. The company is recognized to provide canned & packaged food items including meat, fresh produce, dairy, baked goods aisles, frozen food & deserts, seafood and Breads & bakery etc. to the customers at bearable prices. In addition to this, various non-food items like alcohol, medicine, clothing are also provided. The “Fortinos” was incorporated by an Italian immigrant steelworker named as John Fortino in 1961. It had started its journey by inaugurating a small store in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and its other branches are located in the regions of Burlington, Toronto, Oakville, Woodbridge and Markham under Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The head office of the company is centralized at Glover Road in Hamilton. In 1988, a largest food retailer company named as Loblaw Companies Limited acquires the ownership of the 'Fortinos Incorporation'. It has been regulating nearly 22 stores within the Ontario to deal with millions of customers. Apart from this, many social events such as Breakfast for Learning, Boys & Girls Club of Canada’s PCCC (President’s Choice Children’s Charity) Basic Needs Brighter Future Program are also sponsored by the company. The working hours of the store is as follow :Monday – Sunday : 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
