What is Fletc?
Fletc is originally known with the name of Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. It is a Central training center used by 89 United States government federal law enforcement agencies for training of their staff. It was formed in the year 1970. Its headquarters are located in unincorporated Glynn County, Georgia. Through its Rural Policing Institute (RPI) and the Office of State and Local Training, the agency provides free of cost, tuition-free and low-cost training to many people in the state, local, campus and tribal law enforcement agencies. It also works in the field of research to identify methods for offering more effective training.
