Edmonton International Airport is a public airport located at 1000 Airport Road in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada that was opened in the year 1960. It is owned by Transport Canada and operated by Edmonton Airports. The airport offers transport services to 50 destinations across the world. Edmonton International Airport has become the fifth busiest airport in terms of passenger traffic. As of 2013, it carried more than 6,983,229 passengers. Edmonton Airport has two runways and two terminals: North Terminal and South Terminal.
