Sir, MY DAUGHTER Avni Sharma WAS FLYING FROM DELHI TO HYDERABAd via spicejet flight SG-123 ON DATED-06-06-2016. HER PNR NUMBER WAS L5854C. FIST OF ALL SHE WAS GIVEN WRONG BOARDING PASS AND HER BAGGAGE WAS ALSO SENT TO THE WRONG DESTINATION BY MS. POONAM WHILE SHE ASKED FOR RIGHT BOARDING PASS SHE WAS ABUSED AND MISBEHAVED BY MR. ABHISHEK SHARMA OFFICER ON DUTY. HE ALSO THREATENED HER TO BOARD THE FLIGHT. ONLY IN THE LAST MINUTE SHE WAS GIVEN THE RIGHT BOARDING PASS WHEN SHE STARTED CRYING WHEN SHE RECIEVED HER BAG LATE IN THE NIGHT, IT WAS FOUND DAMAGED. WE HAVE SENT SEVERAL REMINDERS TO THE SPICEJET TO TAKE ACTION BUT OF NO AVAIL. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET. MY DAUGHTER IS IN GREAT DISTRESS DUE TO THIS HUMILATION.
