I'm a serving Army Officer, I approched ADC(Gen)'s office on 21 Dec16 to seek waiver of rupees 4000/- being charged as late fee for renewal of Pvt. arms licence which got delayed for 70 days due to restrictions imposed on leave of Army personnel as national concern and in Sep, Suvidha centre staff on strike. Concerned authority not only made me wait for three and half hours, but also attended very casually while attending his mobile phone. Public conduct of security staff and office runners deputed at office was very rude and humiliating. Even the remarks of ADC (Gen)'Issue Notice' on my application had no value in entire DC Complex. Unofficial visitors to include son of an Ex MLA had free in-out in the office of said Public authority. The treatment with Public waiting for 3-4 hours in the absence of any waiting room, was very rude, humiliating and disregarding. In prime office hours, Public authority was busy in holding meetings of various office staffs which was a clear indicator that even said staff is not available for public dealing.
