A mobile virtual network operator(MVNO) sets an agreement with a mobile network operator for getting bulk access to network services at subsidized rates, then sets its own retail prices independently.
Credo Mobile is owned and operated by Working Assets Corporation which is an American company established in 1985 by Peter Barnes. The first product made by the company was Credit Card to generate donations for the Progressive nonprofit groups. The Credo company offer various services and calling plans such as long-distance phone services, credit cards, and mobile phone services. In the year 1991 the company introduced the long-distance phone service and told that it would donate one percent of customer charges to nonprofit groups.
Further in the year 2000 the company starts providing mobile phone service with turning into a mobile virtual network operator using the Sprint Nextel network and it offers various brands in mobile phones such as Apple, HTC, Samsung, Google Nexus, LG, Blackberry and many more. Sprint Corporation is a telecommunication company started its journey in 1899 and it was founded by Jacob Brown and Cleyson Brown. The company is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. As of 2013, Sprint Corporation had Revenue of USD $35.49 billion and more than 38,000 employees.
