Am, Shibu John Varghese residing in reggai. My problem is am due for my coolpx service. 87560DUV. Inspite of complaining everyday in the costumer care nobody came, everytime i call they tell today surely technician wil come, but atlast the same story goes on repeating. Am really not satisfied with the customer care service. They also tell us they contact us and phone is switched off, this is told by technician. But my phone i never keep switched off. Today also i called the customer care told technician wil come by 11 pm. This are all the xcuses. Wen we pay for the service why then we are not serviced properly. Really unsatisfactory.
