Computer Associates was the previous name of CA Technologies Incorporation which is a software development company in the United States. Computer Associates was established in the year 1976 by the works of two Men named Charles B. Wang and Russell Artzt. Since the establishment of the company, Computer Associates took over the operations of number of companies in order to expand its own business. Computer Associates first acquisition was of Viking Data Systems, Incorporation which it took in the year 1981.
