What is Cib Egypt?
CIB Bank (Commercial International Bank) is a provider of financial and banking services. In 1975, the joint venture of Chase Manhattan Bank with National Bank of Egypt results in the formation of the bank. Initially, the name of the bank was Chase National Bank of Egypt and it was renamed as Commercial International Bank when the National Bank of Egypt increased its shares from 51 percent to 99.9 percent. The bank is headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. The CIB Bank serves its customers with the financial services including asset management, investment banking, consumer banking, institutional banking, retail banking and security broking services to individual and business customers.
Operations and Administration
The network of the bank across the country consists of about 158 branches and 500 ATMs. CIB is the parent company of CI Capital, CIL, Corplease, Falcon, CIBC and CIAM. It is listed on CASE and OTCQX. The bank has the strength of over 5420 employees and provides banking and financial services to more than 554,113 customers.

The bank has been emerged as one of the profitable establishments in Egypt and has the largest market capitalization in the country.
