Burnaby Hospital is a state-of-the-art health care center of the Fraser Health Authority, a public funded health care facility. The hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the region located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. The hospital comes under the affiliation of the university of British Columbia got found in 1952. The foundation also runs numerous annual fund raising events and finance hospital for new medical equipment, innovative tools, surgical tools etc. The hospital also has the facility of 24 hours emergency department which serves on an average 60,000 patients annually. In addition to this, the hospital has setup a urgent care clinic for children where facility for the speech and language program is also available. Burnaby Hospital also owns a counseling department which provides its counseling services related to health and nutrition.
