My land line phone number 04544-244433. I am the customer of Bsnl more than 25 years. I am also having broad band connection. Whenever going abroad to my daughters house I am giving my consent letter to suspend my broad band service for few months until my return. This is usual practice, but this time Eventhough I have given letter on 03-06-2016 no deduction in the bill for the past two months. This was made complaint to the concerned through phone on 23-07-2016 and this day 22-08-2016. The officer concerned i. E. JE telephones or who attended my phone told me that my letter was misplaced during process and this problem will be solved very soon and he assured me immediate action be made in this regard. I kindly request to take necessary action to rewise my monthly bill as early as possible, thank you.
