This is the 3rd time that the chips came to us kind of old chips. Normally very crispy for last 2-3 minutes that we always use new oil for chips, but this time we got to complain you guys about that cause today is Friday and your chips came to us yesterday was old and easy to be soft after 30s . And we got stock in for weekend about 170kg. Called the office cause I could not contact my preps lady. And got a question that " what can I do?" Or " what you want me to do?"
What I want is that person should not stay in the office and answer the phone to any customer. You support to give us the solution more than as me back that question. If I know what I need to do than I have done that. And nobody border to call you to ask how to solve the problem. Just wonder why the office just let people sit there and basicly they could not do anything for their customer?
Kick them out and save your cost. I guess. .
